Hello Marc, the Auto-open module, opens the press automatically after the set time has elapsed. The press does not lock completely and can be opened manually in case of emergency. The advantage is that you don't have to stand next to it until the timer has run down, but you can prepare the press elsewhere if necessary. Greeting Anja
